Mulled Wine
from DEEP ROOTS WINERY
Herbaceous, sweet, with a dash of heat to warm the body.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Bottle of Deep Roots Barbera
- 1 Tbpn Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tspn Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tspn Ground Cardamon
- 2 Dashes Nutmeg
- 6 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients into crock-pot
Heat ingredients to 158 degrees Fahrenheit
Let sit at 158 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
Served warmed
Garnish with rosemary and cinnamon stick
