Jenny Usaj is the Employing Broker and co-owner of Usaj Realty, a boutique residential real estate firm located in Lower Downtown Denver and Vail. Operating under the belief that homeownership should be attainable for everyone, she has helped hundreds of Coloradans buy and sell real estate.
After growing up helping her father “fix and flip” houses in Houston, Texas, Jenny went on to graduate with a Master’s Degree in Global Finance, Trade, and Economic Development from the University of Denver. Jenny’s solid reputation and expertise have led to her being a go-to broker for residential sales with skilled research and marketing for a harmonious and profitable transaction. The Usaj Realty brokerage is built on strong community partnerships, over-the-top customer service, and a strong collaborative culture.
Jenny partners with Habitat for Humanity by helping to organize the Women’s Build annual event. These efforts create sustainable local communities and provide housing for families that would otherwise not be able to afford a home. Jenny lives in Denver with her husband, Anton, a retired Denver firefighter. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys spending time with friends and family, snowshoeing, paddle boarding, and listening to audiobooks.
