Where do you draw inspiration from?

Nandalal owned his own Indian restaurant for almost five years in Nepal; he has worked as Chef in US and has owned the restaurant for five years. Hira worked as American Chef at CU Boulder for three years and started the restaurant six years ago. When the two of them came together, they created a fusion of American and Indian cuisine. Later, when they met Younesh, who was from Iraq, they found common ground in Mediterranean food as well. Thus, the idea of fusion was born, and now they serve a blend of Indian, American, and Mediterranean dishes with their own twist.

What is your signature dish?

Their signature dishes include Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Tikka Masala Cheesesteaks, Fire Tikka Masala Burger, and Tikka Masala Calzone. People love the unique blend of flavors in the fusion creations.

What is your favorite dish to prepare?

Whenever Hira—a Vegan—gets the opportunity to cook, he loves to prepare Vegan Tikka Masala Cheesesteaks, Vegan Tofu Masala, Chicken Shawarma, and Beef Lamb Gyro. Nandu enjoys cooking Chicken Curry, Spicy Garlic Cheese Naan, and Saag Paneer.
