Where do you draw inspiration from?

I draw a lot of my inspiration from people around me. Whether it be friends, family, staff members, or guests at our restaurant. I get the most satisfaction out of making people happy through food, so I am constantly trying to come up with new ideas and testing them out.

What is your signature dish?

My signature dish would have to be my bolognese sauce paired with some homemade tagliatelle pasta. I have been cooking this dish for my family for years and they always love it.
